Directors & Staff

Full time staff includes founders Louise von Weise and Jon Gregg, as well as long-time VSC staff Executive Director George Pearlman, Program Director Kathy Black, and Plant Director Jim MacDowell - all of whom are painters. Gary Clark, our Writing Program Director, and Jill Leininger, our Development Director, are poets.
