Gary Clark

Writing Program Director

Gary was born (1963) and raised in New Haven county, Connecticut.  He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Drama from Dartmouth College in 1986, and a Master of Fine Arts degree in poetry from the University of Oregon in 1992.  He has been a staff member of the Vermont Studio Center since 1993, and lives in Johnson with his wife and three children.
