Clintel Steed (b. 1977, Salt Lake City) received his BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and his MFA from Indiana University, with supplemental study at Studio Art Centers International in Florence, Italy and the New York Studio School. His work has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions, most recently Clintel Steel: Endymion at Steven Harvey Fine Art Projects and a solo exhibition titled Air Sonnet at Borghi Fine Art. He is the recipient of the John Koch Award from the National Academy of Arts and Letters, and his work has been reviewed in Hyperallergic, Artcritical, and The New York Sun, among others. Clintel Steed is currently represented by Borghi Fine Art and lives and works in New York City.
